Hello, I'm Olga!
Since July 2024, I’ve been working in the Kept Academy (ex-KPMG), where we deliver training programs for B2B clients. I manage the full participant journey — from registration and communication to webinar logistics and speaker coordination. While subject matter experts create the content, my focus is on designing a smooth, intuitive experience around it.
Our audience includes professionals from diverse industries — pharma, heavy industry, IT, finance, etc. — often attending individually. This diversity requires clear and inclusive communication. I regularly adapt copy, test hypotheses, and collect feedback to make sure our communications are easy to understand and feel relevant to people with different backgrounds.
I'm looking to grow into digital product roles where I can improve user journeys by working on user flows, interface clarity, and end-to-end customer experience.
