At the beginning of 2022, all sales managers went through the assessment centre. As a result, everyone received recommendations for further development. To support them, I created a basic online course about mentorship.

This program contains 2 parts:

1. Theory: General information, Adult learning

2. Tools: Personal development plan, 5 steps of mentorship, Developing feedback, Development through storytelling, Development through questions

I built it in Articulate Rise because this course has to be accessible on mobile devices.
